The Cottage
This non-smoking cottage has central heating throughout and can sleep up to 6 people with its two large bedrooms, including a sofa bed in one and a travel cot in another. Pets are welcome.

As you enter the cottage you can feel time slow down and a different mood set in. The hallway has traditional beams
and stairs leading up.
Walking through toward the natural wooden doors of the kitchen and other ground floor rooms
you discover that everything is close to hand and each room opens into a surprising large space.
The Lounge
This beautiful high ceilinged living area has three sofa seats, a coal fire, tv, dvd, vhs and a playstation2.
The room is furnished with period features and is ornately decorated along its walls and ceiling.
Kitchen/Dining
The kitchen has all mod-cons including the usual cooking and heating appliances:
With a dining table too, there really is everything you could need.
Family Bedroom
This room contains two single beds and a double sofa bed. The room is very cosy with some very homely ornaments and an ornate fireplace. The room is large and contains wooden trimmings including a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and fire surround.
Double Bedroom
Upstairs is the double bedroom with lovely dormer windows that let in the sun. Not to worry, wooden shutters are available for when your head hits the pillow.
Nicely decorated, the room also has lots of storage space in the form of wall cupboards in which you will also find the travel cot, vacuum cleaner and family games. At the end of the room is a rocking chair to take the weight of the day off your feet.
With a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and deep thick duvets, you're sure of a blissful nights sleep. The only sound you'll need to worry about is the sound of night owls.
All bed linen is provided.
Bathroom
The shell design bathroom suite comes with a full size bath and a power shower.
Towels are provided.
Outside
Whether you fancy a walk up the street, around the kirk or to just sit back in the garden, you'll find Chirnside quiet and peaceful.
The garden is private and secluded. Often you can hear the sound of birdsong and the chit chat of the local wildlife, just sitting back on the garden bench or while having a wine at the thistle patterned cast iron patio set.
The garden also has a store shed where the coal and barbeque set are. Why sit inside when you can relax outside and let the barbeque cook for you?
